Return policy and Warranty terms
Shipping:
- Charges are calculated by the shipping company. Rural, regional areas have slightly increased charges.
- Your item will normally be dispatched within 1-5 days of payment having cleared.
- Stock levels are maintained to make sure that there is always stock of every items but there are time we do run out and new stock should be available within 10 days.
- All items will be sent via couriers, a tracking number will be provided once your item is sent.
- As a buyer you have full responsibility to supply us with a correct postal address and mobile number and any other details required in the checkout area.
- PO Boxes are not suitable for receiving these items.
- A re-delivery fee will be charged to the buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect postal address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Returns:
- You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you provided that products returned must be in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
- In order to obtain a refund you must first return the product(s) at your own cost in the original packaging, unopened.
- No you cant buy my product, measure it up then send it back for a refund. That is just uncool.
Warranty:
- If you have any issues with fitment, installation or missing hardware please contact us on the email provided.
- All products come with a 12 month warranty. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
